Ăn chay có thể dẫn tới sự mất cân bằng dinh dưỡng?

Trên thế giới, ăn chay đang trở thành một xu hướng phổ biến. Tuy nhiên việc ăn chay không đúng cách có thể khiến cơ thể bị thiếu chất.

Người ăn chay thường có tuổi thọ dài hơn từ 5 - 10 tuổi so với người ăn mặn. Chính vì thế, trên thế giới, ăn chay đang trở thành một xu hướng phổ biến.
