Bệnh trĩ: Hiểu đúng mới điều trị hiệu quả!

PGS.TS Nguyễn Mạnh Nhâm (chủ tịch hội Hậu môn, trực tràng Việt Nam), cho biết: “Bệnh trĩ có 3 loại chứ không chỉ đơn giản là mức độ nặng nhẹ như nhiều bệnh nhân lầm tưởng”.

Ai cũng có thể bị trĩ!

Hiểu đơn giản, bệnh trĩ là tình trạng các tĩnh mạch ở vùng hậu môn bị giãn quá mức. Bình thường, các tĩnh mạch này có vai trò khép kín hậu môn nên ai cũng phải có. “Do vậy, ai cũng có thể bị bệnh trĩ! Tuy nhiên, một số đối tượng có nguy cơ mắc trĩ cao như người có công việc ngồi lâu, ít vận động (nhân viên văn phòng, thợ may,…) người bị các bệnh vùng đại tràng, phụ nữ mang thai…”, PGS.TS Nhâm cho biết.

Tuy nhiên, để xóa đi quan niệm bệnh trĩ chỉ có mức độ nặng nhẹ như nhiều bệnh nhân lầm tưởng, PGS.TS Nhâm giải thích thêm: “Bệnh trĩ được chia làm 3 loại: trĩ nội, trĩ ngoại và trĩ hỗn hợp. Cách chia như vậy là dựa trên vị trí của các tĩnh mạch bị giãn so với mép hậu môn”.

Trong đó, chỉ riêng trĩ nội, người ta mới chia theo mức độ bệnh từ nhẹ đến nặng thành độ 1, 2, 3, 4. Theo đó, nếu bệnh nhân mới bị bệnh trĩ (độ 1,2) chỉ cần dùng thuốc và phải nên chữa trị sớm. Còn nếu để bệnh nặng hơn, phải dùng các biện pháp thủ thuật, phẫu thuật vừa đau đớn, tốn kém lại vẫn rất dễ tái phát. Không những thế, còn có thể gây nhiều biến chứng cấp tính như mất máu, viêm nhiễm, phù nề hậu môn...

“Chữa trĩ thực ra không khó!”

Đây là lời khẳng định của PGS.TS Lê Lương Đống (Phó giám đốc học viện Y Dược học cổ truyền Việt Nam).

Theo kinh nghiệm nhiều năm của mình, PGS Đống cho biết bệnh trĩ ở mức độ nhẹ thì việc dùng các thuốc Đông y hoàn toàn đáp ứng được hiệu quả điều trị và độ an toàn. Với bệnh trĩ nặng hơn, có thể phải phẫu thuật nhưng sau đó vẫn phải kết hợp dùng các thuốc này để nhuận tràng, nâng cao thể trạng và tránh bệnh tái phát.
