Bí kíp “hạ nhiệt” cho bà bầu

(Dân trí) - Nóng nực thực sự gây chó chịu cho tất cả mọi người, nhất là với các bà bầu. 6 bí kíp dưới đây sẽ giúp cho thời kỳ bầu bí trở nên dễ chịu hơn trong mùa hè này!

3 lít nước/ngày

Trong thời tiết nóng nực, cần phải uống nhiều nước và càng phải uống nhiều hơn nhất là khi đang mang bầu. Lượng nước cần phải nạp vào cơ thể không phải là 2 lít mà là 3 lít/ngày.

Soda, nước ngọt rõ ràng không phải là lựa chọn tốt. Tuy nhiên, đừng uống nước quá lạnh, dưới 18^oC vì dễ gặp phải các vấn đề về tiêu hóa.

“Tẩy chay” muối

Thời kỳ bầu bí, nhiệt độ cơ thể rõ ràng cao hơn lúc bình thường. Vì vậy, cần phải cố gắng kiềm chế nhiệt độ tăng cao hơn nữa. Để làm được điều đó, trong thời điểm mùa hè này, tránh ăn những món ăn quá nặng nề và quá giàu chất béo khiến tiêu hóa trở nên khó khăn.

Ăn nhiều rau xanh và hoa quả hơn. Không nhất thiết phải giảm tối đa muối nêm vào món ăn, đừng nêm quá nhiều muối vào món ăn là được. Ăn quá mặn sẽ tăng nguy cơ giữ nước và phù.

Trang phục rộng rãi

Cần phải bỏ đi những chiếc áo phông hay váy ôm khoe bụng bầu xinh xắn. Trong thời tiết nóng nực này, cần phải mặc những bộ đồ rộng rãi và thoải mái.

Tránh những chất liệu bằng sợi tổng hợp. Hãy lựa chọn những trang phục bằng chất liệu coton hay lanh.

Chăm sóc đôi chân

Nóng nực sẽ tăng cảm giác nặng nề cho đôi chân. Cảm giác khó chịu này gây hại cho sự lưu thông máu và càng khó chịu hơn nếu như bà bầu phải đứng lâu.

Xối nước lạnh vào buổi sáng và buổi tối lên chân, mát xa chân thường xuyên. Buổi tối khi ngủ, hãy gác chân lên một chiếc gối để có đôi chân nhẹ nhõm hơn.

Khi đi mua giày dép trong thời kì bầu bí này, tốt hơn hết mua rộng hơn nửa size so với size chân.

Tắm

Cách tốt nhất để thoát khỏi nóng nực và cảm thấy dễ chịu trong thời kỳ bầu bí này là ngâm mình trong nước mát. Ngoài tắm, bà bầu có thể đi bơi. Môn thể thao này không những giúp hạ nhiệt cơ thể mà còn tăng cường sự vững chắc cho lưng và duy trì phom cơ thể.

Thoát khỏi mặt trời

Để không phải chịu đựng nóng nực, tốt nhất hãy “tẩy chay” mặt trời. Lý tưởng nhất là ở trong phòng được trang bị điều hòa hoặc nếu không có điều hòa, hãy trang bị quạt cây, quạt trần hay quạt phun sương.

Nếu nhất thiết phải đi ra ngoài, hãy cố gắng tránh những giờ nóng nực nhất trong ngày, từ 12-16h. Đi mua sắm vào buổi sáng và đừng quên bảo vệ da với kem chống nắng.

Bà bầu đặc biệt phản ứng với ánh mặt trời và một số là nạn nhân của hiện tượng tăng sắc tố và xuất hiện những đốm nâu trên mặt, đặc biệt là vùng xung quanh miệng và mắt. Vì vậy, hãy bảo vệ cơ thể tốt nhất trước sự tấn công của ánh nắng mặt trời.
