Bị mụn nhọt, ăn nhiều giá đỗ

(Dân trí) - Giá đỗ xanh giúp thanh nhiệt giải độc, lợi tiểu, thích hợp dùng cho người bị đau nhức, phù thũng, mắt đỏ, táo bòn, tiểu tiện nóng, miệng khô khát nước, ôn nhiệt tích tụ, uống rượu quá nhiều. Giá đỗ tương giúp làm đẹp da, giảm huyết áp và thanh nhiệt giải độc.

Nghiên cứu chứng minh, đỗ sau khi lên mầm thành giá, chất carotein trong đó sẽ tăng lên gấp 1-2 lần, vitamin B2 tăng thêm 2-4 lần, vitamin B12 tăng gấp 10 lần, vitamin E gấp 12 lần, chất Niacin, vitamin B11 cũng tăng lên rất nhiều. Vì vậy, thường xuyên ăn giá có thể giảm bớt acid lactic tích tụ, giúp tẩy trừ mệt mỏi.

Giá trị dinh dưỡng trong giá đỗ xanh rất phong phú, nó không những hàm chứa nhiều khoáng chất như protein, carotein, canxi, photpho, sắt mà còn giàu vitamin, đặc biệt là vitamin C.

Viêm nhiễm đường tiết niệu

Người bị viêm đường tiết niệu có triệu chứng nước tiểu nóng, đỏ, thường xuyên đi tiểu thì có thể lấy 500g giá đỗ xanh, rửa sạch, xay nhuyễn thành nước, thêm vào một ít đường, uống hàng ngày thay nước trà hoặc nước lọc.

Viêm phế quản

Giá đỗ xanh 100g, rau mùi 20g, phổi lợn 1 cái, sau khi rửa sạch cho tất cả vào nồi hầm lên, khi hầm chín cho gia vị vào và lấy ra ăn là được.

Táo bón

Giá đỗ xanh 25g, sau khi rửa sạch chần qua nước sôi, thêm vào một ít dấm, muối, gia vị trộn đều, khi ăn cơm lấy ra dùng.

Mụn nhọt, đi ngoài ra máu

Giá đỗ tương 350g, rong biển 25g, mộc nhĩ đen 30g, rửa sạch cho vào nồi, thêm vào một lượng nước thích hợp, sau khi nấu chín thêm gia vị tùy theo khẩu vị của từng người, ăn như món canh trong bữa cơm.

Ho, đờm vàng

Nếu ho, nhổ ra đờm vàng do bị nhiệt hoặc họng bị sưng, đau, đi tiểu ít và nước tiểu có màu vàng, đi ngoài không thông suốt. Lúc này có thể lấy 500g giá đỗ vàng, trần bì 10-15g, thêm một lượng nước thích hợp, nấu lên lấy nước uống thay trà, có công hiệu thanh phổi nhiệt, tẩy trừ đờm vàng, lợi tiểu tiện, nhuận nội tạng.
