Cách dùng chuối hiệu quả

(Dân trí) - Chuối là loại quả được xứng danh là “quả trí tuệ”. Chuối không những cung cấp nhiều loại vitamin và dinh dưỡng phong phú cho cơ thể mà còn làm cho da mềm mại, sáng bóng, làm cho mắt tươi sáng, thể lực sung mãn, kéo dài tuổi thọ.

Dinh dưỡng ở trong chuối rất phong phú, cứ 100g chuối hàm chứa 1,2g protein, 0,5g chất béo, 19,5g chất đường, 0,9g chất xơ và các nguyên tố vi lượng như can-xi 9 mg, phốt-pho 31mg, sắt 0,6mg, ngoài ra còn hàm chứa carotein, thiamin, niacin, vitamin C, vitamin E và nguyên tố vi lượng Kali vv.

Trị trầm cảm

Chuối hàm chứa một loại chất có thể giúp cho não bộ sản sinh ra enteramine, làm cho tâm trạng chúng ta trở nên vui vẻ, thoải mái. Người mắc chứng trầm cảm thường ngày nên ăn nhiều chuối, để làm tăng nống độ enteramine trong não, từ đó giảm buồn chán, bi quan, thất vọng, buồn bực.

Chữa trị các chứng ngứa da

Trong vỏ chuối hàm chứa một chất đặc biệt có thể khống chế sự sinh sản của vi khuẩn và nấm. Tuy nhiên, người bị tì hư, lạnh bụng, viêm thận, đau bụng đi ngoài hoặc bị sưng phù khi mang thai thì không nên ăn chuối tươi mà nên nấu chín hoặc hấp chín lên rồi ăn.

Giảm béo

Chuối có tác dụng khá hữu hiệu đối với giảm béo, bởi vì chuối có calo thấp nhưng hàm lượng chất xơ thì lại phong phú. Chuối rất ngọt nên nhiều người lầm tưởng là calo cao, thực tế không phải vậy. Chỉ có 87calo/100g chuốio. Ngoài ra, hàm lượng tinh bột trong chuối rất cao, vì vậy rất dễ làm cho bụng no, thêm vào đó chất bột khi vào trong cơ thể cần một quãng thời gian để chuyển thành chất đường, vì vậy không gây tích tụ quá nhiều năng lượng. Nhìn từ góc độ này, chuối cũng là một thực phẩm ưu tiên để lựa chọn cho những người giảm béo.

Làm đẹp

Dùng chuối làm mặt nạ đắp lên mặt, có thể làm cho da tươi mát, trơn bóng và có thể tẩy trừ, làm mờ các vết thâm nám, mụn nhọt.

Cách làm mặt nạ như sau: Lấy nửa quả chuối, xay nhỏ thêm vào một ít sữa bò, trộn thành hồ, đắp lên mặt, sau 15-20 phút thì rửa mặt.
