Để ngồi lâu không mệt!

(Dân trí) - Những công việc đòi hỏi ngồi nhiều như dân văn phòng, thợ kim hoàn, chế tác... thường gây mệt mỏi và thậm chí là các bệnh do ngồi nhiều mà ra. Hãy tuân thủ những nguyên tắc dưới đây để mệt mỏi, bệnh tật luôn tránh xa bạn nhé!

Thường xuyên hoạt động

Một nghiên cứu của Mỹ đã phát hiện, giới hạn chịu đựng của cơ thể với cùng 1 tư thế ngồi là không quá 20 phút. Sau đó cơ thể sẽ tự sản sinh ra phản ứng khó chịu. Tốt nhất cách 15 phút bạn nên đứng dậy, vươn vai, hoặc đi lại một chút, thậm chí đổi tư thế ngồi 30 giây/lần.

Để đùi song song với mặt đất

Đặt ghế cao hơn một chút sao cho đùi ở vị trí song song với mặt đất có tác dụng làm giảm các áp lực cho các cơ và hệ xương, giúp phòng tránh các bệnh về xương và cơ. Nên đặt một gối nhỏ ở vị trí của eo để tựa. Bàn tay, cổ tay và cẳng tay nên cùng nằm trên 1 đường thẳng, sao cho khi cẳng tay đặt trên bàn làm việc, khuỷu tay tạo thành góc vuông. Đầu và thân trên giữ ở vị trí thẳng, có thể hơi nghiêng về phía trước. Khuỷu tay ở vị trí sát thân người, tạo góc 90-120 độ. Hai vai thả lỏng, khuỷu tay trên thả lỏng tự nhiên.

Giảm các động tác lặp lại

Các động tác lặp lại sẽ gây ra áp lực và sự mệt mỏi. Các vật dùng thường xuyên như điện thoại…nên đặt trong phạm vi tay có thể với tới, có thể đổi tay trái phải khi sử dụng chuột máy tính.

Thường xuyên nhìn xa và chớp mắt

Để tránh hiện tượng khô và nhức mỏi mắt, nên thường xuyên thay đổi cự li nhìn cho mắt. Có thể tập nhìn xa hoặc chớp mắt thường xuyên để duy trì độ ẩm cho mắt.

Tập hít thở

Hít thở sâu. Khi bụng phồng lên, giữ nguyên 3 giây, sau đó từ từ thở ra có tác dụng tiêu trừ mệt mỏi.

Giữ khoảng cách nhất định với màn hình máy tính

Màn hình máy tính nên đặt cách xa thân ít nhất 50cm, độ cao màn hình nên hơi thấp hơn tầm nhìn mắt 1 chút. Không đặt màn hình thẳng cửa sổ để tránh hiện tượng phản quang.

Giữ vệ sinh các vật dụng văn phòng

Các vật dụng văn phòng như bàn phím, điện thoại… rất dễ là nơi cho vi khuẩn sinh sôi. Lượng vi khuẩn “tiềm ẩn” trên bàn làm việc thậm chí còn nhiều hơn cả thùng rác và đệm ghế ngồi. Nếu không được vệ sinh thường xuyên sẽ dễ gây ra các bệnh đường hô hấp.

Bàn làm việc lộn xộn dễ khiến bạn phát cáu, nóng nảy.
