Những bài thuốc hay từ ngân nhĩ

Ngân nhĩ được dùng cho các trường hợp suy nhược cơ thể, lao phổi, viêm khí phế quản, khái huyết, đàm huyết, miệng khô, họng khô rát, nóng rát cồn cào vùng bụng, chữa kiết lỵ, trĩ, đau răng, kinh nguyệt không đều; tăng huyết áp, táo bón...

Ngân nhĩ còn gọi là nấm tai mèo, bạch mộc nhĩ... Ngân nhĩ hầm hải sâm, ngân nhĩ tiềm gà, ngân nhĩ hầm thịt dê cải bẹ, cháo ngân nhĩ... là món ngon, bổ trên bàn tiệc; nước hộp ngân nhĩ đang là một đồ uống bổ dưỡng được nhiều người ưa chuộng. Cùng với nhân sâm, lộc nhung, ngân nhĩ được mệnh danh “sơn hào hải vị” và được xem là “ngọc sáng trong các loài nấm”.

Trong ngân nhĩ có protein, lipid, glucid, cenlulose, Na, K, Ca, Fe, P, bêta-caroten, vitamin B1, B2, PP... Theo y học cổ truyền, ngân nhĩ vị ngọt nhạt, tính bình; vào phế, vị, thận. Với công năng tư âm nhuận phế, ích khí bổ thận, hòa huyết hoạt huyết, ngân nhĩ được dùng cho các trường hợp suy nhược cơ thể, lao phổi, viêm khí phế quản, khái huyết, đàm huyết, miệng khô, họng khô rát, nóng rát cồn cào vùng bụng, chữa kiết lỵ, trĩ, đau răng, kinh nguyệt không đều; tăng huyết áp, táo bón... Liều dùng 3 - 15g; dạng nấu, xào, rán, hầm nhừ, nước ép.

Một số cách dùng ngân nhĩ làm thuốc

Chữa kiết lỵ: ngân nhĩ 20g, lá dạ cẩm 10g, núm quả chuối tiêu 10g, mã đề thảo 10g. Tất cả sao vàng hạ thổ; sắc lấy 100ml nước, chia uống 2 lần trong ngày.

Trị rong huyết, băng kinh: ngân nhĩ mọc trên cây dâu phơi khô, tán bột. Mỗi lần uống 16g.

Ngân nhĩ 100g, lá ngải cứu 30g, cây cứt lợn 50g. Ngân nhĩ hấp chín, phơi khô; các vị sấy khô, tán bột luyện với mật ong làm viên (1,5g). Ngày uống 3 lần, mỗi lần 3 viên, uống với nước chè nóng

Chữa đau răng: ngân nhĩ, kinh giới; liều lượng bằng nhau. Sắc lấy nước đặc ngậm và súc miệng.

Chữa chứng nước mắt chảy nhiều: ngân nhĩ 30g, mộc tặc 30g. Ngân nhĩ sao tồn tính; các vị nghiền thành bột. Mỗi lần dùng 6g, sắc với nước vo gạo.

Món ăn - bài thuốc có ngân nhĩ

Cháo ngân nhĩ: ngân nhĩ 25g, gạo tẻ 100g. Cho ngân nhĩ nấu với nước sạch đến khi gần nhừ, cho gạo vào nấu tiếp cho đến khi thành cháo, cho đường phèn vừa ăn, khuấy đều. Dùng cho các trường hợp viêm khí phế quản, ho khan ít đờm, đờm có lẫn tia máu.

Canh hầm ngân nhĩ trứng chim câu: ngân nhĩ 50g, trứng chim câu 20 quả, đường phèn 250g. Nấu ngân nhĩ cho chín nhuyễn, cho đường phèn vào, đảo đều và loại bỏ váng bã, cho trứng chim câu đã được bỏ vỏ, khuấy đều và đun cho sôi đều là được. Dùng cho các trường hợp ho khan táo bón.

Ích thọ ngân nhĩ thang: ngân nhĩ 25g, câu kỷ tử 20g, long nhãn 15g, đường phèn 100g. Ngân nhĩ nấu chín nhừ, tiếp tục cho kỷ tử, long nhãn vào nấu tiếp đến khi tất cả chín nhuyễn (dùng lửa nhỏ và khuấy đều). Tiếp tục cho đường phèn vào đun tiếp cho tan. Dùng cho các trường hợp viêm khí phế quản ho khan ít đờm, lao phổi, thời kỳ bình phục sau các bệnh truyền nhiễm, sốt cao mất nước, táo bón, mất ngủ; người cao tuổi và sản phụ suy nhược cơ thể, tăng huyết áp, suy nhược thần kinh.

Sirô ngó sen ngân nhĩ: ngân nhĩ 10g, ngó sen 20g, đường phèn vừa ăn. Nấu nhỏ lửa cho nhừ nhuyễn, cho ăn thường ngày. Tác dụng kiện tỳ chỉ huyết. Dùng cho các trường hợp xuất huyết dạ dày, tá tràng, trĩ xuất huyết.

Kiêng kỵ: người bị ho do khí phế quản nhiễm lạnh (phong hàn khái tấu) không dùng.
