Những biểu hiện nhỏ của cơ thể không thể bỏ qua
(Dân trí) - Có một số hiện tượng tưởng chừng như rất bình
thường lại nhắc nhở bạn cần chú ý hơn đến sức khỏe của cơ thể vì đó là
những biểu hiện ban đầu của một số căn bệnh nguy hiểm.
Chảy nước miếng khi ngủ
Tiết nước bọt là phản xạ tự nhiên của cơ thể nhưng khi bạn vệ sinh răng miệng không sạch sẽ, các vi khuẩn có hại sẽ phát triển trong khoang miệng dẫn tới kích thích quá trình tiết nước bọt nhiều hơn và kéo theo nước bọt có mùi hôi, khó chịu.
Ngoài ra, đây cũng là biểu hiện cho sự quá tải của dạ dày. Khi bạn ăn quá no, hệ thần kinh cũng sẽ bị ảnh hưởng và trở nên “căng thẳng”, không điều khiển được việc tiết nước bọt, dẫn tới việc chảy nước miếng khi ngủ, đặc biệt vào ban đêm. Do vậy, bạn không nên ăn quá no, nhất là đối với các đồ ăn chứa nhiều gia vị.
Sưng chân
Đôi khi bạn thấy bàn chân mình sưng, kèm theo cảm giác đau nhức và khó cử động. Điều này chứng tỏ bạn đang có vấn đề về tĩnh mạch. Khi các tĩnh mạch bị nghẽn, máu trong cơ thể khó lưu thông. Đôi chân trực tiếp chịu sức nặng của cơ thể khi không đó sẽ dẫn tới hiện thượng phù nề. Để lâu có thể ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng tới sức khỏe cơ thể. Mát-xa bàn chân lúc khi đó sẽ không có hiệu quả hoặc hiệu quả cực thấp trong việc giảm sưng đau.

Mẩn ngứa
Không loại trừ các nguyên nhân dị ứng, nếu da thường xuyên bị ngứa, nổi mụn hoặc có vết lở loét, rất có thể căn bệnh viêm da hoặc ung thư da sẽ “ghé thăm” bạn trong một ngày không xa.
Ngoài việc vệ sinh da sạch sẽ hàng ngày, bạn nên đi khám bác sỹ khi hiện tượng nổi mụn hoặc ngứa kéo dài.
Mắt sưng
Các vết quầng thâm quanh mắt do thiếu ngủ thường mất đi sau 1,2 ngày. Còn nếu tình trạng trên kéo dài, thường xuyên, đó lại là biểu hiện của cơ thể bạn đang thừa muối và sự lão hóa của thận.
Chế độ ăn nhiều muối có thể gây hư hại cho thận và dẫn tới chứng phù nề trong các cơ quan trong cơ thể. Vùng da dưới mắt khá mỏng và nhạy cảm, do vậy sẽ sưng và tạo thành quầng thâm.
Hãy bớt lượng muối trong bữa ăn hàng ngày, đồng thời uống nhiều nước để “giải nhiệt” cho thận.
Ra mồ hôi tay
Chứng ra mồ hôi tay có liên quan mật thiết đến chứa năng hoạt động của thận. Khi thận gặp trục trặc, các chất cặn đào thải nhiều hơn dẫn tới việc tăng cường ra mồ hôi tay, chân. Uống nước và ăn nhiều hoa quả là phương pháp hữu hiệu giúp giảm tổn thương của thận cũng như làm giảm sự tiết mồ hôi của cơ thể.
