Thai phụ uống phải Zinnat giả có nguy hiểm?

(Dân trí) - Ngay sau khi Dân trí đưa tin xuất hiện kháng sinh Zinat giả, nhiều độc giả đã gọi điện đến cho biết đã mua phải loại thuốc này. Đặc biệt, có cả bà bầu đang mang thai tháng thứ 8 gọi điện đến tòa soạn bày tỏ sự lo lắng.

Chị Phan Thu Trang đang mang bầu tháng thứ 8 cho biết: Chị bị viêm họng, sốt, đi khám và được bác sĩ kê dùng kháng sinh Zinat loại 500mg. Tuy nhiên, sau hơn 1 ngày dùng thuốc vẫn không thấy thuyên giảm. Đang lo lắng thì đọc được thông tin thuốc giả. Chị Trang vội kiểm tra và nhận thấy các dấu hiệu nhận diện đều trùng khớp với vỏ hộp thuốc chị đã mua và đang uống. Chị vô cùng lo lắng vì không biết thuốc giả này có ảnh hưởng đến thai nhi hay không?

Khi phát hiện, mua phải thuốc kháng sinh Zinat giả, hãy báo cho cơ quan công an gần nhất.

Trao đổi với nguyên Trưởng khoa Dược, bệnh viện Quân đội TƯ 108, bác sĩ Nguyễn Hữu Minh cho biết: “Thuốc không có phản ứng định tính Cefuroxim axetil tức là hoàn toàn không có tác dụng điều trị các bệnh hô hấp cũng như viêm nhiễm đường sinh dục. Việc chị uống thuốc không thấy biểu hiện bệnh thuyên giảm chứng tỏ đó chỉ là những viên bột… Còn việc lo lắng liệu uống thuốc giả có gây tác dụng phụ nguy hiểm cho thai nhi và người mẹ hay không thì cần phải theo dõi xem có sốt cao, nổi mẩn hay có các hiện tượng lạ khác không và cần thông báo ngay với bác sĩ chuyên khoa đã khám và kê thuốc cho mình để được tư vấn trực tiếp”.

Còn theo một bác sĩ phụ sản giấu tên đang công tác tại bệnh viện Phụ sản Hà Nội, việc dùng phải thuốc giả không có phản ứng định tính Cefuroxim axetil ở 3 tháng cuối thai kỳ không có nhiều nguy cơ bằng giai đoạn đầu thai kỳ. Thai phụ nên tới phòng khám gặp bác sĩ trực tiếp để được tư vấn và khám cụ thể.
