Chi 500 triệu để chữa chứng nghiện Ipad của con

Sau khi bị cấm chơi Ipad, các triệu chứng bé phải cai là mất ngủ, chảy nước mắt, mất hứng thú, chảy nước mũi vv. Bố mẹ bé phải bỏ ra 16.000 bảng Anh (khoảng 500 triệu) giúp bé chữa trị tâm lý.

Hiện đã có hẳn một liệu trình tâm lý để cai chứng nghiện công nghệ này. Bởi chỉ 3 năm trở lại đây, trẻ em bị nghiện thiết bị công nghệ ngày càng tăng, hiện tại đã lên đến 30%.

Gần đây, một điều tra của trang web tư vấn giáo dục trẻ em ở Anh cho thấy 50% phụ huynh được phỏng vấn thừa nhận họ đã mua Ipad, điện thoại và các thiết bị điện tử khác cho trẻ, 81% phụ huynh thừa nhận, con mình tiêu tốn rất nhiều thời gian trên các thiết bị công nghệ này.

Chuyên gia của Anh cảnh báo, nếu cứ tiếp tục theo xu hướng này, sự trưởng thành của trẻ sẽ bị thoát ly khỏi xã hội thực tế, ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển toàn diện và trí lực của trẻ.

Ở Trung Quốc, trẻ em thích chơi Ipad, điện thoại công nghệ cao ngày càng nhiều.

Cách đây không lâu, thông tin một bé trai 2 tuổi ở Vũ Hán đã bị cận đến 5 độ do tiếp xúc với Ipad từ 1 tuổi rưỡi. Một điều tra cũng cho biết: 82% phụ huynh chứng nhận con của họ khi 3 tuổi hoặc sớm hơn đã bắt đầu tiếp xúc với Ipad. Có phụ huynh hi vọng dùng Ipad để giáo dục sớm cho trẻ, có phụ huynh lại nghĩ Ipad là “ bộ máy thần kỳ” giúp dỗ dành trẻ, làm cho họ an tâm và tiết kiệm được thời gian dồn sức vào kiếm tiền.

Cách nào cai nghiện Ipad?

Chuyên gia Trung Quốc khuyến cáo, trẻ em chìm đắm trong các thiết bị điện tử công nghệ cao gây ảnh hưởng không nhỏ đến sức khỏe của trẻ. Thời gian dài trẻ ở lỳ bên Ipad khả năng giao lưu xã hội của trẻ sẽ nhanh chóng trượt dốc.

Thói quen dựa vào thông tin tìm trên mạng, làm phép toán, cơ hội động não của trẻ sẽ ngày càng ít đi, trí tưởng tượng và năng lực tư duy đều chịu ảnh hưởng lớn. Thời gian dài lại ngồi yên một chỗ, không chỉ làm cho sự phát triển chậm chạm, sự cân bằng và khả năng điều hòa của cơ thể cũng kém đi, ảnh hưởng sâu hơn đến phát triển của não.

Ngoài ra, dưới sự kích thích của màn hình máy tính, trực tiếp gây mệt mỏi cho hệ thần kinh, làm cho thị lực giảm sút.

Trẻ em nghiện Ipad, phụ huynh nên suy xét trách nhiệm. Ipad không thể thay thế cho cuộc sống chân thực. “Trẻ em như búp trên cành”, được hòa mình dưới bầu trời xanh và ánh nắng mới giải tỏa ra sức mạnh, trí lực huy hoàng nhất. Bố mẹ phải khuyến khích trẻ tham gia các hoạt động xã hội, đưa trẻ ra ngoài tiếp xúc nhiều với môi trường thiên nhiên, bồi dưỡng tình cảm cho trẻ.

Bên cạnh đó, trẻ em dưới 3 tuổi tốt nhất không cho tiếp cận với các sản phẩm điện tử, dưới 7 tuổi cũng nên hạn chế tiếp xúc. Phụ huynh hãy giải thích cho trẻ biết Ipad chỉ là một công cụ trong cuộc sống. Nếu trẻ quá mực yêu thích, thời gian chơi cần phải khống chế, không được vượt quá 1 tiếng/ngày đồng thời lựa chọn các trò chơi giáo dục giúp ích cho trí lực chứ không phải các trò hoạt hình đẫm máu hoặc các game đánh nhau.

Cuối cùng, đối với những trẻ đã nghiện Ipad, phụ huynh không nên cưỡng đoạt, khống chế lấy đi Ipad hoặc đánh mắng trẻ mà cần dành nhiều thời gian nuôi dưỡng tình cảm, chơi và nói chuyện nhiều với trẻ để nắm bắt rõ nguyên nhân tiềm ẩn mà trẻ đắm chìm bên Ipad, sau đó cùng bàn bạc với bác sỹ tìm biện pháp giải quyết, từng bước giảm bớt thời gian chơi của trẻ, dùng sự yêu thương của bố mẹ, người thân để thay thế Ipad.
